Festive fun

Or, maybe the title of this post should be "how I spent the Christmas and New Years holidays"

....mostly eating by the looks of things.

Two celebrations for the price of one all you can eat meal. End of term and Christmas meal at Shiki, a sushi restaurant in a beautiful half timbered building.
Advent calender count-down!
 Christmas dinner count-down...
Dinner with all the trimmings (so much meat!). Goose, not turkey.
Pide and salad, with glasses of sweeted tea.
Walks along the coast.
Watermelon bubble tea, in Chinatown.

明けましたおめでとうございます、Happy New Year!

  1. This basically sums up my holiday break: eating food! haha.
Oh, I wanted to go eat New Year's sushi, but many of the places had sold out! (you called in to order a platter, the restaurant was actually closed)
I guess the idea is more popular that I thought..
Mmm, I bet that goose was terrific! (Although I'm a pescetarian, so i technically should not be saying that, ooops)
Oh, and watermelon anything always sounds delightful. Glad to hear you had a great New Year! :)
